Camp Verde Trip

July 17th, 2025 - Governor Katie Hobbs visits the Yavapai-Apache Nation for a roundtable with Chairwoman Tanya Lewis, Vice Chairman Pacheco, and the Tribal Council to strengthen partnerships and discuss shared priorities. During her visit, she also tours the Homes IX construction site and meets with local families, reaffirming her commitment to supporting affordable housing solutions for Tribal communities across Arizona. She also visits the Yavapai-Apache Nation’s under-construction Teen Center to see plans for a safe, welcoming space supporting local youth and families.
