Ray Pugel is the co-owner, with his wife Julie, of Coldwell Banker Bishop Realty and is a Certified Residential Broker. His company has been active in raising funds for Habitat for Humanity and helping the Payson and Pine-Strawberry schools raise funds through the Credit for Kids Program. He currently sits as a director of the Payson Regional Medical Center. In 2006, the Central Arizona Board of Realtors named him Realtor of the Year. One of his passions is his active participation in resolving the water issues in the Pine-Strawberry area. He is a past board member of the Gila County Industrial Development Authority and has served on the site committee for the Payson High School.
