Patricia Campbell
Originally from Minneapolis, Minnesota Patti graduated from Minnetonka High School with a major in Business English. She went on to the Hennepin Technical Center and earned a certificate in Commercial Flower Forcing and Horticulture. She moved to Arizona in the spring of 1989. Some of the positions she held while living there included a Data Control supervisor for eight years at Modern Merchandising, Inc., an Administrative Secretary at Carlson Companies, Inc. for two years and a position as an Administrative Secretary in the Industrial Engineering Department of SuperValu Stores, Inc. for two years.
After moving to Arizona in 1989 Patti worked as an Office Manager at Helicopter Systems in Mesa for three years. Patti then began a career spanning 12 years working for the State Board of Director’s for Community Colleges of Arizona.
Patti’s currently serves as the Equal Employment Opportunity Specialist. Her primary role is to identify, recruit, train and prepare individuals for employment within the State government to ensure workforce parity. She outreaches to organizations to establish effective communication links between government and communities, and conducts research to improve, expand and integrate State agency's equal opportunity programs. She is also available to assist any constituents with resources and information related to issues of discrimination and harassment in the workplace.
Patti’s background encompasses a broad range of experience coordinating projects in support of executive activities.
Patti has a son and a daughter and lives in the East Valley.
